Annual ASHRAE Research Golf Outing
Dear Friend of ASHRAE,
The annual ASHRAE golf outing will be held at the Golfmohr Golf Course near Hampton, Illinois on Friday, June 4, 2010. The
purpose of this outing is to relax and have fun while raising money for ASHRAE Research. This year we will again have a
sack lunch and drink at the course for each golfer starting at 12:00 p.m. To assist in the Research Fund Raising, we are
asking individual and/or companies to again be Tee Sponsors of individual holes on the course. As in the past, a sign will
be located at the 18 individual tee blocks indicating the sponsor or sponsors of that particular hole. To guarantee that
we can get your sign made for the event, we must have all logos by May 14, 2010.

We would like you to join this list and/or continue your support towards ASHRAE Research. Every golfer is going to get
the opportunity to win several prizes at our drawing following dinner.
The cost this year for being a Tee Sponsor is $200 or Concession Sponsor is $250. This includes one green fee, cart, sack
lunch and steak dinner. The cost of a green fee, cart and steak dinner this year is $60. Therefore ASHRAE Research will
collect and additional $180 from each sponsor this year.
The setup of this golf outing has a capacity of 144 golfers. We will accept the first 144 paid golfers so get the
entry forms and money in early to guarantee your spot now.

sponsor, to myself at KJWW Engineering. Entries are due no later than Friday, May 14, 2010. Let’s make this a record
breaking year.
