Scott currently works as Sales and Marketing Manager - A/C Aftermarket with Emerson Climate Technologies. He has over 20
years in the HVACR industry. Mr. Lanzer spent 4 years working as Supermarket Field Service Technician with RHVAC
contractors in the Pittsburgh area before accepting a job in 1993 with the Copeland Corporation. His background with
Emerson/Copeland includes: 7 years with Copeland Engineering - OEM Systems, 6 years as a Training Specialist with Emerson
Educational Services and the past 3 years in Sales and Marketing.
Scott has performed over 150 educational seminars on product technical information throughout the world, educating
engineers and contractors in North America, Asia, Europe and Africa. He has worked with translators to breakdown language
barriers for foreign education. His insight has been published in technical trade paper articles and has been a featured
speaker at industry association events such as RSES, LINK, and ComforTech.
In September of 2007, Scott received the Emerson "Consider It Solved" award for his work in the field of industry education.
